Can we negotiate prices?
Yes, absolutely. All prices are negotiable. Once we send you a quote, you can replay to our email with “Negotiate Price” on the top and we can discuss the options.

Can I pay by credit card or cash?
Yes, you can pay by credit card, debit card, Pay pal, or cash.
(However you can only pay by Pay pal online through our invoice.)
(You can pay the cash to the driver and once the driver receives the money, an email will be sent to you with payment confirmation)
For all trips via the meter, there is a built-in system in the taxi to accept credit card, debit card, Pay pal card, and cash.

Can I cancel my Pre-booked Trip?
Yes, you may cancel any Pre-booked trip 1 hour ahead of the scheduled trip-time.

Can I change my trip service during the trip?
Yes, you can change your trip service during the trip, however it will need to be approved by the driver. After it is approved by the driver, you will need to email us with the updated changes to confirm new trip details and payment.

How many seats are there in a taxi?
All of our taxis have 4 seats for passengers, 3 in the middle row, and one in the front; next to the driver. All of our vehicle are also wheelchair-accessible, with entry through the rear.

Are you carbon netural?
To meet with climate change needs, we have converted all of our fleet to 4-clylinder hybrid vehicles. Which burn vey little to no fuel in the city. Protecting the climate is everyone’s duty and we are committed to doing our part by lowering our carbon footprints.
